CoCoRu is looking for F T Chefs.Position Info Position Chef Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 17.31 22.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30 40 hours week Number of Positions 3 Work Location 2140 8391 Alexandra Road Richmond BC V6X 1C3 Benefits 4% vacation pay 5 days of paid sick leave per year Job Duties Ensure food quality meets the standards Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff Instruct cooks in food preparation and presentation and supervise their activities Plan new menus and create new recipes Estimate and analyze food costs food requirements and other data Cook complete meals and order supplies and quipment Hire cooks and kitchen staff Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required. Education Completion of Secondary School is required.
