Position Info Position Food Service Supervisor Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 17.00 20.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 1110-4731 McClelland Road Richmond BC V6X 0M5 Benefits 4% vacation pay 5 days of paid sick leave per year Job Duties Establish work schedules and review the work performance of employees. Resolve customers complaints or concerns. Keep records such as the amount and cost of foods served and hours worked by employees. Inspect serving areas and foods to ensure that they meet quality standards. Assign and coordinate the work of employees to improve operational performance. Oversee the activities of staff and educate them to perform their jobs. Assist in the hiring of food service staff as required.
