Ensure that high-quality merchandise is produced. Ensure staff is thoroughly trained on each menu item. Keep the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and always sanitized. Ensure that food inventories are accurate. May plan menus regulate the size of food portions approximate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies.
