Well Made Garment Manufactory Ltd. is looking for a full time permanent Administrative Services Manager to join their company. Job title Administrative Services Manager (NOC 0114) permanent full time. In this position you will work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. Benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation per year and other benefits as per Employment Standards Act.Hourly rate 35.75 Overtime 53.63 (exceeds 40 hours week Benefits 10 days paid vacation year others per employment standards applicable Location 1382 Venables Street Vancouver BC V5L 2G4Responsiblities Plan direct and evaluate company s administrative operation aspect and employee performance to ensure the business operates smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement effective administrative system and controls and improve productivity and timelines. Hire train and lead workers and other staff members. Resolve workplace problems and issues and control and direct company s compliance with safety and health policies and industrial regulations. Prepare review administrative data and reports and participate in company s security and budgets as well as purchasing and human resources management. Work with other department members of the company and deliver overall high quality of service and products with joint effort. Qualifications -College diploma in business administration commerce or related field is required. An university degree in related dicipline is preferrable. Minimum 3 years administration related experience at management level is required. Effective English communication and interpersonal skills.
