Atlas Grinder Setup Operator Monitor production Move Material Machine Adjustments - Cleveland OH - JOB 21-00603Pay Range 25.62 28.46 HR - Permanent Position with Benefits. A metal components manufacturer is seeking to hire an Atlas Grinder Setup Operator.2nd Shift 2 30 PM to 10 00 PM - Mon - Fri with a .65 shift premiumREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma Minimum 3 years operating and setting up centerless grinders. Must be able to read and interpret drawings follow routings use shop math and use various hand-held measuring tools. RESPONSIBILITIESComplete set up of automatic feed Atlas centerless grinder cells. Make changes and adjustments to machine including dressing wheels. Run production on grinders. Set up robotic and track feed systems. Monitor production move material make machine adjustments. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Record quality measurements of part produced for in process inspection. Set-up operator will be required to perform other duties as requested directed or assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSModerate to heavy physical effort required. Continuously stands through 8-hour shift. Lift up to 100 lbs. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
