Project ManagerLocation San Antonio TexasPls. apply online at s www.command-cs.com careersFLSA Classification Exempt - SalariedEmployment Class Full Time RegularPosition Summary Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a qualified Project Manager who is responsible for overall program execution as you lead cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations. The Project Manager is in charge of schedules budgets resources and deliverables to the customer for the contract. The Project Manager also monitors the team to make sure goals and objectives are being met has knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health and stays alert for risks and resolving issues as they arise.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manages day-to-day operations of contract Primary client s point of contact Manage all deliverables as directed by the contract Manges subcontracts and teaming partner relationships Responsible for recruiting hiring managing and disciplining employees Demonstrates action-oriented leadership to overcome potential project roadblocks Defines the strategy and directs supporting functions to achieve program objectives Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Assists in proposal support including contract negotiations preparation of proposal content reviewing and developing statement of work finalizing operational budgets and making sure specifications are approved. Define and identify additional business opportunities within assigned accounts Other duties as assigned Required Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Security or a related field of study required Master s preferred Must possess DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or above (see s public.cyber.mil cw cwmp dod-approved-8570-baseline-certifications ) Four (4) years of experience as a Project Manager Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification preferred PMO experience preferred Comprehensive understanding of federal security regulatory requirements and security frameworks including RMF National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP 800-series and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Must have managed all phases of the project lifecycle Read write and speak English fluently Possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Expert user in Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite and incorporated programs Some travel required Command Cyber Solutions is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
