Purchase kitchen supplies and food ingredients. Train and supervise cooks and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking. Create menus and new recipes. Involve in hiring and recruitment process Maintain records of food costs consumption sales and inventory Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Job requirements Language English Experience 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
