The PeopleReady located at Phoenix Arizona 85029 is currently hiring a Bagger Job Description A bagger will fill bags with a cementitious product to the designated weight then place it on a pallet. The bags can weigh between 50Lbs & 94Lbs this depends on what production has scheduled for that day. Once trained up to speed you will rotate between different machines so you are not burning your self out. This will however include heavy lifting throughout the day. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor picking and packing. Lift load and stack heavy production material within bags onto a pallet Materials handling and storage. Assisting crew members. Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Supervisor project manager or HR manager Qualifications Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities Ability to understand and follow oral instructions communicate with foreman project managers and crew members.
