Bonalife Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Clinic is seeking F T Registered Massage TherapistPosition Info Position Registered Massage Therapist Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 60 65 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 1A 4287 Kingsway Burnaby BC V5H 1Z5 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Press specific points on the body with the fingers and hands Keep records of given treatments Explain the risks benefits and procedures to clients Conduct a range of motion and muscle tests and propose treatment plans for clients Provide information and instructions on techniques for home care Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation relaxation techniques hydrotherapy trigger point therapy joint pain and lower grade mobilizations Job requirements Experience Experience is an asset Education Completion of an 18- to -24 month or 18- to 36-month program in massage therapy from an accredited school and a period of supervised practical training Certificate Certification by a provincial association for massage therapists is required Language English How to Apply Company information 0926173 B.C.
