Prepare weigh measure and mix ingredients according to recipes. Check food and ingredients for freshness. Assist other cooks during the food assembly process. Portion arrange and garnish food based on client preference. Train and supervise kitchen helpers. Maintain kitchen inventory supplies and equipment. Maintain good sanitation around work area. Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed. Job requirements Language English Experience 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
