Train cafe staff in job responsibilities and health and safety procedures. Supervise work procedures and establish work schedules of the cafe staff. Maintain inventory and ensure that cafe equipment such as espresso machine coffee maker grinder bar fridge shelving freezers are in operation. Handles customer complaints issues professionally and appropriately manner according to the situation. Requirements Education Completion of high school is required. Experience Completion of a community college program in food service administration hotel and restaurant management or related field OR 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
