THAT Insurance Service Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Referral of Clients to the THAT Insurance Service Employee Retention Tax Credit Program Effective immediately _________________________ or his her legal entity as the Referring Consultant will receive a commission of 40% (Forty percent) of the fees paid to Michael E. Jordan Group LLC (a State of California registered LLC) dba as THAT Insurance Service TIS for every time one of your referrals signs a contract for services associated with the IRS Employee Retention Tax Credit Program.The Referral fee will be on the 15th of the month for all commissions collected by TIS from your referrals the previous month.An example would be for all commissions collected from referrals in the month of January would be paid on February 15th.An example of a 50 full time employee company that receives a 1 million tax credit the commission to TIS would be 39 000 and your referral fee would be 15 600. Likewise the estimate for a 500 fulltime employee company would be a tax credit to the Company of 10 million with a fee to TIS of 390 000 and your referral fee of 156 000. These examples are estimates and the actual number may be different.This Contract will remain at 40% until you have 100 employees enrolled into this program.Thereafter from 101-250 employees the contract will then be 45%.Thereafter from 251 employees plus the contract will be 50%The Referring Consultant or his legal entity will be an Independent Contractor to TIS.Consultant will be responsible for their expenses.The Referring Consultant or must Furnish TIS with a W-9 prior to being paid any compensation.Small Sample Size Leads to businesses with 5 W-2 Employees or more are available after your 1st client is entered into the pipeline.
