The PeopleReady located at Brainerd Minnesota 56401 is currently hiring a Machine Operator Assembler Job Description PeopleReady is looking for Machine Operators for a plastic mold company. Doing Roto Molding type work. You will be required to operate the machines while performing quality control checks on the completed parts. You will be standing your entire shift. Must be able work work in a very hot environment. Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour - 17.50 Hour Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) & 3rd Shift (Night) Responsibilities Include Conduct tool mold changes Inspection of molded and assembled components Conduct secondary operations such as routering and flaming Conduct urethane foaming tasks as required Assure paperwork procedures are being followed Keep work areas clean and organized Promote positive and productive working environment Suggest cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas Be flexible to support various operations within the department Document updates to work instructions as required Qualifications Experienced with rotational molding urethane foaming and assembly processes and equipment preferred but will train Experienced in the production part processes Good organizational skills self motivated flexible and able to prioritize Ability to work well with others Physical ability to handle parts and materials up to 60 pounds and to work long days in a HOT environment Pass a drug screen
