Position Info Position Food Service Supervisor Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 16.50 18.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30 40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 209 East Pender Street Vancouver BC V6A 1T8 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Supervise and co-ordinate food service staff s activities. Establish work schedules. Make sure that food and service meet quality control standards Maintain records of stock repairs and wastage. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Participate in recruitment of food service staff when required. Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures Address customers complaints or inquiries. Job requirements Experience 1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required. Education Completion of secondary school is required.
