The PeopleReady located at Eau Claire Wisconsin 54701 is currently hiring a Class A CDL Driver Job Description Class A CDL Driver - 20-25 hr - Local Route Home Every Night Immediate openings for local drivers to join our team Seeking Second shift drivers starting at 3pm transporting refrigerated freight in Western Wisconsin. Your responsibility will be primarily drop and hook with occasional deliveries. We run four 10-hour days. We offer a 40-hour work week with paid overtime available. You will be home every night We offer 20-25 hour to start Paid Overtime (1.5 times hourly rate) Generous Annual Increases Safety Bonus 2000- 5000 Excellent Benefits Package 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Holidays Responsibilities Equipment Operation Driving a yard truck. Must have Current CDL Move trailers into proper location Perform 2 yard checks per shift Clean the yard Clean the trucks Clean the warehouse when asked Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the Yard Hustler. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid commercial motor vehicle operator s license (Class A CDL) Background check Drug Screen and Physical as required by Department of Transportation Valid Medical Certificate Must be 21 years of age No DWI DUI convictions in the last 3 years Must over zero motor vehicle violations within the past 12 months Recent graduates of a driving school are welcome and encouraged to apply.
