Squamish Samurai Sushi is looking for a full-time Kitchen Supervisor for our downtown Squamish Location Position Kitchen Supervisor (NOC 6311-Food Service Supervisor Permanent Full-time)Position Available 1 Employer Squamish Samurai Sushi Working Location 120-1200 Hunter Place Squamish BC V8B 0G8 Working Conditions Permanent Full-time Wage 19.00 22.00 per hour (Depending on experience) Working hours 35 40 hours per week Job Duties Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of employees in our kitchen. Ensure that food and service meet quality and safety control standards portion temperature presentation order work environment safety and cleanliness etc. Prioritize and organize the tasks for smooth operations in kitchen. Make a schedule for the employees in the kitchen considering daily deployment plans and business trend. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Maintain records of stock the items small tools in kitchen. Train of new hired employees in our kitchen.
