We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our growing high-end residential construction client located near Conway NH. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned construction project manager or a project manager from a related industry or someone who has been a construction supervisor who wants to move into project management.Responsible for planning organizing and controlling projects supervising subcontractors and staff estimating managing budgets and developing schedules.Must have strong communication time management analytical problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and an eye for quality. Proficiency with MS Office familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp and some project management software experience.Minimum of an Associate s degree and three years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Construction industry experience is a strong plus. Residential construction industry specific training is available for the right person.Competitive salary and benefits. Local candidates only.
