My wife has been abducted and held against her will in Phoenix AZ. I am offering a reward of 25 000 for her location and the arrest of the person(s) holding her. She is being held by a man calling himself Brian Clinton. He is tall early 60 s speaks with a slight accent possibly Eastern European. He has spent time in prison here and abroad. He runs a hotel motel or possibly a halfway house in Phoenix which also may be his main residence. His accomplice is a man named Mark Hawkins 60 s and Phoenix resident. These two men are holding my wife in the hotel motel halfway house of Brian Clinton. She has no radio tv or reading material. She is kept under 24 hour lock and key. Brian Clinton is demanding 270 000 ransom. The police tell me to locate my wife and then they will do something.
