Position Info Position Food Service Supervisor Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 16 19 hour (depending on Experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 1-612 Head Street Victoria BC V9A 5S8 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Participate in train staff in their duty and responsibilities Supervise the staff to make sure food is prepared well in a timely manner Estimate and order food ingredients required for food preparation Plan work schedules for staff and work methods to meet the load Make sure that food meets quality standards. Hire food service staffs and give support in the development of procedures Handle customers complaints or concerns Job requirements Language English Experience 1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
