Position Info Position Restaurant Manager Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 25 28 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 702 Vernon Street Nelson BC V1L 4G2 Benefits 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay Job Duties Estimate organize direct control and evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues and adapt to procedures and prices Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Develop implement and analyze budgets Oversee staff performance Develop customer service strategy and marketing plans Hire train and manage staff Job requirements Language English Experience 2 3 years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience are required.
