Pay Rate for this Job is 20 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities How to read a paper pattern How to hand cut from a pattern How to establish production sewing steps Sew prototypes and sew at a production-quality level How to improve on pattern sewing process Qualifications How to grade a pattern (create additional sizes off of one pattern size) Would be good if they had experience with riveting and punching leather goods (by hand and or by machine) Would be good if they can transfer a paper pattern to a production hard pattern.
