Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 38 000 to 40 000 annually Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) 3rd Shift (Night) and Weekends Responsibilities Include Work with sales groups to respond to all customer enquiries within 48 hours Work with Warehouse function to maintain > 95% on-time delivery. Full compliance to C& T safety requirements Ensure full utilisation of the EFACS system for all sales purchasing and logistic related functions. Inside Sales Monitor Sales forecasts to 1) ensure customer requirements are fully satisfied and 2) to flag anyanomalies against contract quantities Follow up management and closure of all customer complaints Quoting new parts with the support of sales management Ensuring all customer procedures and other requirements are adhered to General departmental Administration personal development Work on continuous improvement of all facets under your responsibility and document results Maintain full document accuracy (purchase orders invoices packing lists etc.) Proactive self-development of work-related skills Any other duties for which you are deemed capable of by senior management Qualifications 1-2 Years Required Strong work ethic Some assignment have additional screening requirements such as background checks and or drug tests You may be eligible for paid leave benefits under federal state and or local law such as paid sick and safe leave and paid public health emergency leave under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
