Sushiwood is looking for F T Food Service Supervisor.Position Info Position Food Service Supervisor Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 15.20 18 hour (depending on Experience) Working Hours 30-40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 1221 7th Avenue Fernie BC V0B 1M0 Benefits 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay Job Duties Order ingredients and supplies that are needed for food preparation Resolve customers complaints or concerns Supervise the activities of staffs Involve in the recruitment of food service workers when required Instruct and train workers in job duties and procedures of sanitation and safety Manage and keep the records of stock sales and wastage Establish work schedules Job requirements Language English Experience 1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
