Secret Shoppers are responsible for monitoring if store employees are asking for ID when Tobacco & alcohol products are sold while posing as ordinary customers throughout Hernando Citrus Sumter and Pasco Counties. You will also be required to submit reports on your findings in a timely manner and follow routes in order. 37.50 Transportation allowance. To be successful as a mystery shopper you should be able to masquerade as a regular customer while remaining detail oriented. Ultimately top-notch mystery shoppers will possess excellent communication and memorization skills and the ability to always remain impartial. Remaining discreet while you pose as a regular customer. Interacting with employees over the phone and in person to gauge customer service. Purchasing random and specific items to assess compliance quality. Completing and submitting results for each visit online after each store visit.
