Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 18 Hour Shift Timing -3rd Shift (Night) and Weekends Responsibilities Clean hood duct floors walls commercial equipment. Use a commercial pressure washer and climb ladders. Utilize pressure washers scraping tools and chemicals to clean grease build up from inside the hood and duct work as well as the fan Hours vary. mostly night work with some day work. Qualifications Must not mind getting dirty cold hot or wet. Must not be afraid of heights ladder use and work on high roofs is common. Must be able to lift 75 pounds able to lift your own weight to occasionally access ductwork in ceiling areas
