Grind and slice meat using powered equipment such as grinders and slicing machines. Maintain adjust and sharpen cutting equipment. Create maintain and rotate product displays for retail counters. Shape lace tie or wrap roasts as well as other meats. Keep records of sales and order supplies to maintain stock levels. Ensure food storage and work area are clean and meet sanitation standards. Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of relevant experience are required. Education Completion of Secondary School is required.
