Responsibilities include Answer and follow up with customer service-related telephone inquiries for area of responsibility. Assist customers by identifying customer information within database and answering inquiries. Provide direction to customers on using the company web site. Respond to inquiries for information from internal clients. Monitor and run reports and queries as appropriate. Perform and communicate information processing requests from customers to appropriate area or person. Access computerized financial information to answer general and specific account questions.
