You likely already have skills that would transfer into the concrete flooring industry. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 25 Hour - 30 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) 3rd Shift (Night) and Weekends What s in it for you Great compensation packages with excellent benefits Training and coaching in small group environments Career path with room to grow Travelling opportunities Safe work environments with rewarding projects What we are looking for Flexibility to work nights Experience in Construction and Maintenance Experience with cleaning floors by washing sweeping buffing polishing Experience with floor buffing and polishing Experience with floor scrubbers Experience with post-construction clean-up Experience with floor removal basic machine maintenance and repairs Responsibilities Cleaning floors prepping surfaces for stand-up grinders ride-on grinders self-leveling equipment vacuums burnishers scrubbers Operate equipment such as stand-up grinders ride-on grinders self-leveling equipment vacuums burnishers scrubbers Applying and installing Epoxy ESD MMA and other flooring systems Qualifications & Experience Previous cleaning experience highly preferred. Must have strong organizational skills and take pride in attention to detail.
