GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor this position assists in the accurate management of all inbound deliveries and outbound customer orders. He she will interact frequently with customers providing knowledge and expertise to fulfill their requests.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Scheduling of all inbound deliveries & customer order pick ups Communicate directly with all drivers arriving at Lakeside Ensure all inbound paperwork is signed & filed accordingly Ensure all outbound BOL s are signed & filed accordingly Assist with the following tasks o Prepare all special labels customer placards etc. for orders & ensure warehouse staff apply to product as requested by customer o Daily interactions with warehouse management and staff o Input all outbound customer orders ensuring accuracy & product availability o Input & follow up on completion of all customer inbound deliveries o Act as liaison between Lakeside and customer in reporting any concerns or discrepancies with inbound deliveries and or customer orders o Process BOL s & weight sheets for all outbound orders email final copies to customer Any additional tasks within scope and ability as requestedJOB REQUIRMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to clearly speak read and write in English Excellent computer skills Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) Ability to respond to a large influx of emails daily Ability to pass a preemployment drug test Excellent leadership skills Excels as a team player Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measurements Understand and abide by all safety regulations as well as policies and procedure set forth by Thomas Foods International USATues Thurs 3pm 12amFri 11am 8pmSat 7am 4pm
