We do this through our dedication to the growth and development of our team.North American French Cuisine taking the best of Montreal & New Orleans flavours and adding a touch of home-town style Brodeur s Bistro has something for everyone.We are currently hiring Assistant Restaurant Manager specifically looking for evenings and or weekend (including Sunday) availability.Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Assist in organizing directing and evaluating the daily operations of our restaurant Oversee effective working through assigning shifts and administering pre-shift meetings Recruit interview onboard and train new team members to ensure quality integration Co-ordinate & prepare schedules using availability and scheduling software Collect assign and review weekly inventory pars and ordering schedules Monitor manage and respond to guest feedback to ensure guest satisfaction Perform regular inspections of food and beverage preparation presentation and quality Develop programs re specials seasonal promotions & merchandising plans Advertising and marketing strategies formulated and executed HR requirements involve personnel involvement to facilitate coaching through encouragement identifying opportunities and development. Create a solutions based environment and assess and reassess efficiencies Facility maintenance re proper sanitation & hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant (kitchen dining room washrooms etc...) Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications At least 2 years of experience providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment including supervisory experience A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with a team of over 65 employees Able to both perform & assess high-quality work.
