FLSA Classification Exempt - SalariedEmployment Class Full Time RegularPosition Summary 1 Prospect Technologies LLC is seeking a qualified Integration Analyst who supports the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) integration efforts and initiatives which are synchronized across the internal directorates and external stakeholders ensures unity of effort through the review and analysis of taskings and directives for DOTmLPF-P integration equities medical equities and the management coordination and execution of periodic integration update and synchronization boards and facilitation of proper tasking of the MEDCoE directives through the MEDCoE G3 5 7 tasking office. The Integration Analyst will maintain visibility of Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) decision cycles and will collaborate with G8 Program and Budget Division to advise G3 on Budget and Planning windows of opportunity in order to provide MEDCoE leadership adequate planning time to prepare for senior leader engagements. The MEDCoE is located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Ft. Sam Houston TX.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Act as the Integration Analyst to drive change portfolio in MEDCoE G-3 5 7 for internal directorates and external commands for medical equity. Work with internal directorates across MEDCoE including the Future Force Integration Directorate (FFID) AMEDD Personal Proponent Directorate (APPD) Army Capabilities Manager Army Health System (ACM-AHS) AMTEA Office of the Commandant (OTC) Department of Training and Doctrine (DOTD) Department of Simulation (DOS) Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) and the Department of Leader Training (DLT). Work outside MEDCOE with Commands that have medical equities US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Defense Health Agency (DHA) Army Futures Command (AFC) Corps Specific Branch Proponent Officers (CSBPO) US Army Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC) Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) Medical Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) Combined Arms Center Training (CAC-T) Training Support System (TSS) Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) US Army Medical Command (USAMEDCOM) US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) US Army European Command (USAREUR) US Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) ) Futures Concepts Center (FCC) Training Support System (TSS) Combined Arms Center Training (CAC-T) Medical Research Development Command (MRDC) and Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC). Review and analyze external taskings and directives for MEDCoE Medical Equities Review and provide analysis reports for medical integration taskings received by MEDCoE within 2 workdays of receipt to ensure the proper directorate(s) within MEDCoE are properly tasked for action across the DOTmLPF-P domains. Maintain visibility of PPBE decision cycles to provide MEDCoE leadership adequate planning time to prepare for senior leader engagements. Significant planning cycles include HQDA SPAR POM AFC TRADOC and CAC decision cycles. Assist with preparation and writing of medical integration taskers for further distribution. Manage Coordinate and Conduct Medical Integration Updates. Plan prepare materials (briefings reports) and conduct Medical and or Non-Medical Integration Updates to ensure synchronization of information both within MEDCoE directorates and external commands and stakeholders as required. Synchronize DOTmLPF-P efforts across MEDCoE and provide read-ahead products for all integration updates Help facilitate the integration of MEDCoE DOTmLPF-P efforts supporting the weekly DOTmLPF-P Integration and Synchronization Board with the internal MEDCoE directorates ensuring shared understanding as requested. Assist the MEDCoE G5 with coordination synchronization reports facilitation of MEDCoE governance Councils and Boards within the Drive Change Portfolio. Once date for periodic FM Updates is determined publish agenda slide presentation and all read ahead products withing 72 hours of meeting. Prepare and Review AARs Minutes and EXSUMS Prepare and distribute minutes and EXSUMs from attended or hosted meetings within 48 hours or 2 business days if 48 hours is a weekend. Through review of AARs and minutes of meetings seminars workgroups identify potential issues through review of information and develop recommended feedback comments. Schedule plan and execute all Integration Updates based on MEDCoE Battle Rhythm. Assist in the development and submission of integration documents for staffing to external and internal stakeholders for comments synchronization and consolidation of DOTmLPF-P efforts upon request. Staffing Coordination and Synchronization with External and Internal entities Assist in the development and submission of integration documents for staffing to external and internal stakeholders for comments synchronization reports and consolidation of DOTMLPF-P efforts NLT 5 days upon request. Analyze AARs Minutes Once a review of AARs minutes is identified provide written comments and brief within 5 working days. Other duties as assigned. Education Certification & Experience Requirements Required Experience with and in-depth understanding of the U.S. Army PPBE process. Experience with and understanding of Doctrine Organization Training Material Leadership Education Development Personnel Facilities and Policy (DOTmLPF-P) as it relates to the Army Modernization Strategy Framework Experience with and understanding of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process Experience with and understanding of the Army Capability Integration Development System (A-CIDS) process Experience with and understanding of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing operations issues developing courses of actions using the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and presenting prioritized options to higher management for decision. Active Secret Clearance Required Interim Secret Clearance may be acceptable per Government approval Preferred Bachelor s degree in relevant academic discipline. Experience with planning and operations at the Battalion Brigade or higher level. Experience as an U.S. Army Executive Staff Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) DAWIA Program Management Certification (Levels I II or III with higher levels carrying more weight) Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required Understanding of AR 5-22 The Army Force Modernization Proponent System and AR 71-9 Warfighting Capabilities Determination Understanding of U.S. Army operations process. In-depth knowledge of relevant U.S. Army operations doctrine and regulations Ability to interpret basic plans Army regulations directives policies etc. of higher headquarters and local policies procedures staff resources organizations and activities.
