Position Info Position Baker Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 15.00 18.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30 44 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 4801 49 Avenue Elk Point AB T0A 1A0 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Prepare dough for pies bread rolls and sweet goods batters for muffins cakes and icings and frostings following standardized recipes or customized orders. Bake mixed doughs and batters. Create new recipes for baked goods for sale. Frost and decorate the cakes and other baked goods. Operate and maintain baking machinery. Ensure that products meet established quality standards Determine the type and quantity of goods and coordinate production schedules. Inspect kitchen and baking areas according to safety protocols. Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of commercial baking experience is required. Education Completion of secondary school is required.
