Collections Rep duties Review open accounts for collection effortsMaking outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relationsResolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency applying good customer service in a timely mannerCollect customer payments in accordance with payment due datesIdentify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with managementReview and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reportsProvide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
