Residential Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager for our growing high-end residential construction client located near Conway NH. While social distancing precautions are being taken this is an immediate need and is primarily an office-based role.Responsible for planning organizing and controlling projects supervising subcontractors and staff estimating managing budgets and developing schedules.Must have strong communication time management analytical problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and an eye for quality. Proficiency with MS Office familiarity with AutoCAD SketchUp Primavera P6 and Primavera Contract Manager. WinEst Construction software experience is a strong plus. Minimum of an Associate s degree and three years of project management construction industry experience is required. Specific residential construction industry training is available for the right person.Competitive salary and benefits.
