We are seeking motivated Machine Operators for our large fast-paced machining metal fabrication lean manufacturing client located just south of Haverhill MA.Responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to produce quality products. Set up machines inspect parts and monitor scrap rates.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time work overtime if required and be able to life 50 pounds independently. Must have a basic knowledge of quality control requirements ISO concepts lean principals basic math skills and a basic understanding of various cutting tools. Ability to read and understand blue prints is a plus but will train. Experience working with steel aluminum or stainless is a plus.High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
