The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Lead Admin Support Specialist at the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing. The successful candidate will perform support-oriented job duties to a Department Head or Manager. Duties are complex and of an advanced nature to include but not limited to maintaining files meeting coordination scheduling appointments interacting with internal and external stakeholders managing inventory preparing reports and correspondence distributing information managing office procedures assisting with budget preparation and coordinating activities and event planning. Serves as a resource to other support personnel and may supervise support staff.
