The PeopleReady located at Princeton Minnesota 55371 is currently hiring a Mechanical Designer Job Description The Mechanical Designer creates designs and technical drawings for mechanical devises and equipment. Ideal candidate will have experience with industrial automated equipment gear reduction servo and VFD drives etc. Will be a strong leader but also work as a team player. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 17 Hour - 20 Hour Shift Timing 1st shift (Day) Responsibilities Minimum 4 years experience High Mechanical Aptitude Complex problem solving AutoCad Macros Visual Basic and Excel skills desirable Strong Communication Skills Works well under pressure Machining and assembly experience Qualifications Customer interaction to help establish machinery requirements and determining automate processes Traveling to customer facilities to discuss and understand manufacturing process and concepts Design and manage complete machine assemblies while maintaining company design procedures Delivering design presentations with both internal and customer teams to ensure all requirements are satisfied Tracking design progress of multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously and ensuring design consistency Inventor 3D Creation of documentation for the machine build process (Detail prints Assembly prints BOM s Purchased parts list etc...)
