JOB SUMMARY Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Food & Beverage Outlets and the staff members who work in the outlets. There are multiple outlets onsite including a 3 meal a day restaurant called Citrus a pool bar grab-and-go counter and banquets space. This position reports directly into the General Manager as there is no Director of Food & Beverage and this person will have 20 - 30 Front of House reports such as wait staff bartenders etc. Kitchen staff report into the Executive Chef Executive Sous Chef. Major Responsibilities - Guest interaction 50% of the clientele are members who often dine on-site- Employee development this person will have 20 - 30 direct reports- Driving Guest service and satisfaction scores- Creating seasonal promotional ideas to drive local clientele such as themed nights social events special events etc.- Working on the floor as required willingness to go above and beyond and lead by example Job Requirements - Prior experience working as either a Food & Beverage manager OR Food & Beverage Supervisor Assistant Supervisor- Bar & Restaurant experience from either a comparable sized restaurant or hotel- Demonstrated experience with improving Guest Satisfaction scores- Previous experience with training and development of servers bartenders and other Front of House staff- Strong guest interaction experience working on the floor Ideal Experience - Experience with new openings rollouts for new POS introducing new concepts or rebranding s- Some experience with hotel banquets- Any prior experience working with members guests with membership status To submit your application for this job please go to s hospitality.greatjob.net jobtools jncustomsearch.viewFullSingle in_organid 18607& in_jnCounter 222943223 PeopleScout is the Recruiting Services Provider for World Class Hospitality Companies
