Job Summary Supervises technical operators and other crew members at the site to maximize productivity while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Manages daily operations and crews on site. Monitors and reports site cost and productivity goals and performance. Coordinates with Division Site manager and region EHS to ensure environmental compliance and employee safety. Monitors and reports landfill cycle time. Motivates and counsels site operators. Actively participates in improving operations and implementing best practices.III. Supervisory Responsibilities The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees.
