The team member on hole watch maintains communication with the personnel in the confined space or hole. In case of an emergency the worker on hole watch maintains situational awareness and raises the alarm about the emergency. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Include Will be responible to clean working area and organizing safety harnesses to go to the following stations. Qualifications ARSC Certified (through USI). Alcoa Online Training (we provide). Metatarsal Boots Hard Hat Safety Vest Safety Gloves. All PPE (except boots) will be provided.
