Job SummaryProvides clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations including recording and reporting data.This position performs a variety of complex administrative features with minimal supervision. These include coordinating managing and implementing logistical department and program needs planning and implementing of new technology coordinating repairs monitoring auditing running program reports assisting with strategic planning to address multiple site s needs.This position will develop detailed timelines activities and tasks and hold team members accountable for performing the required responsibilities for on-target execution of projects. Uses Waste Management proprietary software to manage fleet work requests as well as verifying cameras are working across market area. Some travel (up to 15%) may be required to work face to face with sites dispatcher is responsible for.II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety service and operational issues. Maintains and distributes department related information on a daily basis. Communicates with other supervisors managers technicians about operations and or dispatch to address issues with drivers. Communicates both verbally and electronically to internal and external party status issues resolutions and activities of projects. Extensively Utilize Excel PowerPoint Teams and other Office tools to analyze and communicate information. Developing and executing solutions as problems or issues arise. Communicates both verbally and electronically to internal and external party status issues resolutions and activities of projects. Create reports proposals offering training and support to auditors technicians and drivers Create and maintain tickets with 3rd party vendor to address ongoing support needed for the market area. Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager. Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks such as procurement time and attendance safety incidents and contract labor. Assists with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary. Assists in the implementation of operational projects as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. III. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory duties.IV. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and ExperienceRequired High school diploma or G.E.D and zero to four years previous experience. Preferred High school diploma or G.E.D plus additional or specialized training and zero to four years previous experience.B. Certificates Licenses Registrations or Other RequirementsNone required.C.
