Responsible for scheduling all activities on site and off site as well as event programming of the community including but not limited to planning detailing executing servicing and follow up. Required Schedule Sunday OffMonday OffTuesday 9 30 AM - 6 00 PM Wednesday 9 30 AM - 6 00 PM Thursday 9 30 AM - 6 00 PM Friday 9 30 AM - 6 00 PM Saturday 9 30 AM - 6 00 PM Responsibilities First point of contact with residents for community events and activities. Communicates with residents regarding questions or concerns and takes steps to resolve issues with the assistance of the APM and PM. Greets residents and visitors. Keeps lobby bulletin board up to date with information of interest to residents. Meets with residents regarding community and outreach resources. May create design and write copy for a monthly newsletter. Key coordinator in social networking media marketing. Maintains working knowledge of leasing policies and procedures and performs functions related to leasing in a supporting role when needed by leasing team. Plans and implements social and recreational programs for property residents such as movies game nights and other social events. Keeps informed of city-wide initiatives ad events. Maintains records of resident activities clubs. Establishes and maintains contacts with area service organizations fine arts community services government organizations and educational facilities to provide a connection to the residents. Performs administrative functions including but not limited to answering and screening telephone calls typing and proofreading materials preparing rerouting correspondence scheduling appointments schedule meeting rooms and insuring deposits are paid and contracts are signed. Prepares service requests as needed. Qualifications This position requires a High School Diploma GED Associate degree is preferred 2-3 years of Sales Leasing experience is required 1-2 years of experience in Lifestyle Management is preferred Required skills for this position include written communication content management and customer service Preferred skills for this position include analytical research event coordination business development and collaboration This position requires up to 10% travel.
