Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15.30 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) & Weekends Responsibilities Include Responds to guest complaints and resolves them in a way that ensures the guest is satisfied will return again and that every guest departs happy. Maintains and delivers a no compromise attitude towards providing the highest possible level of Hospitality Quality and Value to the guest. Follows directions with regards to carrying out daily weekly routines for general maintenance and care of the golf course. Performs daily monitoring of the golf course for insects weeds disease and other turf stresses. Performs maintenance duties such as cutting grass changing holes shoveling raking laying sod cutting limbs or brush planting etc. To work in a safe manner following proper procedures with regards to attire and safety equipment to be worn as the job requires. Regularly works with hand tools shovels rakes etc. Assist with the maintenance of the irrigation system. Advise Manager Supervisor of any areas of concern on and around the golf course. Operates equipment to maintain the different turf areas including greens tees and fairways. Assist with the maintenance of the irrigation system. Other tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications No Experience Required Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience Strong work ethic Some assignment have additional screening requirements such as background checks.
