The PeopleReady located at Rosemount Minnesota 55068 is currently hiring a Landfill Laborer Job Description We have an immediate positions available for a Seasonal Laborer at our landfill in Rosemount MN. Essentially you will be walking around the facility grounds picking up flyaway items. Very easy work but will be outside entire day. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour Shift Timing -1st Shift (Day) Responsibility Physically picking up fly away items and place in the appropriate areas General site cleanup picking litter. Painting bollards ladders and handrails where needed. Perform assigned duties working at the landfill. Help the movement of waste and trucks through the landfill. Qualification Dependable reliable responsible and dependable and fulfilling obligations. Have Self Control Job requires maintaining composure keeping emotions in check controlling anger and avoiding aggressive behavior even in very difficult situations. Exhibit Independence Job requires developing one s own ways of doing things guiding oneself with little or no supervision and depending on oneself to get things done. Multilimbed Coordination The ability to coordinate two or more limbs (for example two arms two legs or one leg and one arm) while sitting standing or lying down. It does not involve performing the activities while the whole body is in motion. Near Vision The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Oral Comprehension The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Able to stand outside throughout an 8 hr. shift. Able to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly.
