The PeopleReady located at Lakeville Minnesota 55044 is currently hiring a Shift Change Technician Job Description We are currently looking for a reliable shift change technician to Perform the execution and documentation of the results of cleaning of machines in between shift changes and on specified production lines. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour - 20 Hour Responsibilities This position will include but is not limited to Carrying out line sanitation in accordance with established procedure and policies before and after each shift. Attending pre-clean meetings with Changeover Tech specialist and line lead. Assembles and disassembles equipment. Supports the line lead in ordering enough materials for the next shift. Communicates status of position regularly. Maintains flexibility to help in other positions. Qualifications Basic mechanical ability Leadership potential Interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Must be able to prioritize and Multitask Must be able to work under pressure Must demonstrate integrity and a positive work attitude Computer skills Food Industry and manufacturing experience preferred Much standing lifting bending and stooping
