The PeopleReady located at Faribault Minnesota 55021 is currently hiring a Production Worker Job Description Currently we are looking for ambitious individuals to work on a production line processing turkey products. Note - The pay rate for this job is 14 Hour - 15 HourDepending on position and shift. Shift Timings -1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening). Responsibilities Include Starting up and stopping equipment. Assisting with production line in factories. Cleaning production area. Sweeping mopping and and remove debris. Loading and unloading items from machines carts and dollies. Feeding or placing items onto equipment for processing. Lubricating equipment. Ensuring conformance to specifications. Pulling damaged or ineffective equipment off the line. Marking parts for identification. Place equipment on conveyor belt for further processing.. Recording data. Shipping finished products. Take instructions from supervisors. Qualifications Help maintain a safe working environment for all employees by following all safety rules Help ensure only safe wholesome quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practices Perform other position-specific duties as assigned by supervisor Ability to stand on concrete floor the entire shift Work in temperatures ranging from 32-98 degrees Perform repetitive motion twisting turning bending and reaching Able to wear safety equipment continuously. Lift up to 50 lbs. Wear hair net hard hat earmuffs safety glasses boots and or other personal protective equipment as required by position Be able to work with large groups of people as a team
