As AT s client faces changing conditions increasing mission requirements and resource constraints they are looking for innovative L& D solutions that drive successful outcomes and support their most important asset their people. AT is engaging with clients to prepare for and address these challenges while enhancing operational results. AT requires talented and experienced people to support this effort.An Analyst L& D will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will have experience (preferably in the Department of Defense or DoN) creating learning and development (L& D) curricula identifying and implementing changes to business processes utilizing L& D systems and technology and managing a team responsible for producing L& D coursework and supporting documentation.Education & Experience RequirementsThe Change Management Consultant must have proven the following types of aptitudes education and work experiences A minimum of six (6) years experience evaluating and analyzing Human Capital issues A minimum of a Bachelor s degree Proven knowledge of Human Capital principles Ability to utilize Human Capital data.
