Work will benefit youth and families throughout Santa Barbara county. Will impact thousands of youth and families in the community by supporting the family and youth services team. Dynamic communication Organization Record keeping skills Proficiency in Microsoft suite Adaptability A passion for impacting the lives of youth Under the supervision the FYS Director theOffice Assistant will provide support to all FYS department staff. Responsibilities The FYS Office Assistant will responsible for the all of the general administrative duties of the FYS department. This will include scheduling data collection FYS department communications record keeping electronic file folder organization doodle polling Creating and managing Excel spreadsheets and some direct support with program staff for special events. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years administrative experience. Strong computer knowledge of Database software Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Valid California Driver s License with ability to qualify for coverage under Agency insurance plan. Travel may be required within County. Ability to speak Spanish desirable. Must frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
