The PeopleReady located at Lakeville Minnesota 55044 is currently hiring a Hopper Filler Job Description Are you dependable and eager to use your muscles in a steady full-time position We have Hopper filler positions temp to hire available in Lakeville MN starting asap The major responsibility of this position is to maintain the supply of bulk product in hoppers (machines). You will be the essential gatekeeper to ensure that the accurate and proper amount of product is flowing into the production line. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour - 17 Hour Responsibilities Transportation of bulk product by pallet jack Operate conveyors or other industrial material moving equipment Measure product or material dimensions. Weigh materials to ensure compliance with specifications. Mark materials or objects for identification. Record operational or production data Monitoring Assessing performance of yourself other individuals or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action Watching gauges dials or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly Qualifications A Good fit for this position will include A Safety first mentality A mechanical aptitude Someone who is able to Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing lifting balancing walking stooping and handling of materials. The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions The ability to time your movements or the movement of a piece of equipment in anticipation of changes in the speed and or direction of a moving object or scene The ability to quickly respond (with the hand finger or foot) to a signal (sound light picture) when it appear The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
