They will be responsible for grounds keeping Light Maintenance duties such as Replace blinds doors sinks carpet etc. Light painting interior. Filter replacements and cleaning. Note Pay Rate for this Job is 17 Hour - 19 Hour Responsibilities Include Light touch up painting Laying new carpet or replacement Install new sinks fridges and appliances Replace doors & knobs blinds filters etc Installing or removing appliances Will be helping turn over vacant units for rental. Qualifications Mechanically Inclined Has own tools Experience with light maintenance work such as Replacement of carpet appliances doors blinds etc Specific Screening Requirements 10 Year criminal background check 10 panel drug screen Mechanically inclined
